The 2023 Santri Camp Is Lively There Rawa Gede, Sukamakmur

SUKAMAKMUR, July 20, 2023 – Ma'had Izharul Hidayah again held the annual Santri Camp event that many santri were looking forward to. The Program, which aims to form positive mental and character traits, was held for two days, precisely on July 1-2, 2023. Located in a beautiful open nature, namely Situ Rawa Gede, Sukamakmur, this activity took place lively by involving many students from various circles.

What is the Santri camp? Kemah Santri is one of the flagship programs of Ma'had Izharul Hidayah. As the name implies, the students are invited to camp in the open, blend in with nature, and undergo meaningful exciting activities. This activity aims to form the mental and positive character of students, including Independence, courage, hard work, the spirit of mutual cooperation, as well as other Islamic values.

“Santri camp is a time awaited by our students. Apart from being a moment of unity and sharing experiences, this activity is also a forum to develop positive personalities and the spirit of togetherness between them,” said Ustadzah Ana, one of the administrators of Ma'had Izharul Hidayah.

Activities held in the Open provide an opportunity for students to feel the beauty of nature, hone survival skills, and appreciate the surrounding nature. The students are invited to participate in various exciting activities and deepen their love for the natural environment.

During this year's students Camp event, Ma'had Izharul Hidayah and Izharul Hidayah Dhikr Assembly also holding dhikr Istighosah together in the open. This spiritual Moment is expected to help strengthen the faith of the students and further strengthen the brotherhood between them.

“We hope that by holding dhikr Istighosah in the open, the students can feel the presence of God more deeply. In addition, this moment is also the right time to pray together for the good and success in every step of the journey of the students,” said Ustadz Sholeh, caregiver Ma'had Izharul Hidayah.

Situ Rawa Gede, Sukamakmur, was chosen as the location for this year's Santri camp because of its stunning natural beauty and provides a suitable atmosphere for spiritual activities and togetherness. An experienced team of teachers, assistants, and facilitators were also present to ensure the activity went smoothly and supported the participants well.

Hopefully, through this 2023 Santri camp, Ma'had Izharul Hidayah students can further hone their potential, develop superior character, and become people who are devoted to religion, nation, and state.
